Refund Policy

LINEtech Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you choose LINEtech. Here’s our refund and service resolution policy:

1. Digital Consultations & Recommendations

Refunds are not applicable once a consultation or recommendation session has been completed or delivered, due to the personalised nature of our service.

2. Booking Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment:

  • 24+ hours in advance: Full refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or 100% credit toward rescheduling

3. Technical Setup Services

If you're not satisfied with a paid device setup or troubleshooting session, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll either:

  • Offer a re-service (free fix)

  • Or issue a 50% refund, depending on the issue

4. Product Recommendations / Third-Party Devices

We do not sell physical devices ourselves. If you are unhappy with a product purchased via third-party recommendation, the refund terms depend on that seller's policy, and we will not be able to help you.

Although it is unlikely, to avoid such occurrences, we highly recommend that you check out the recommended device(s) in person multiple times before making a purchase.
